Ingredients
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz cooked spinach, drained
12 - 14 diced cooked shrimp
7 oz cooked crawfish tails
1 cup mozzarella
½ cup shredded Parmesan
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Old Bay
Corn starch
Egg wash
Regular& Panko Bread crumbs
¼ tsp (Italian, paprika, salt, pepper)
grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, shrimp, crawfish, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, and Old Bay.

Step 2
Mix well until all is incorporated. Line a pan with parchment paper and and add the mix and press down, still leaving an even layer of thickness. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Take out the mix and slice into sticks. Dip each stick into cornstarch, then egg wash, and lastly the breadcrumb mix.

Deep for 2-4 minutes, depending on how thick the sticks are. Enjoy hot with marinara sauce.
