1 box Oreos, any flavor

8 oz cream cheese, softened

Directions

Step 1

Grab your Oreo cookies and crumble finely by:smashing them until it's in little pieces, with a hammer or something heavy

Step 2

Blend them in a food processor blender.

Step 3

Add the crumbled Oreos to a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Add the softened cream cheese and mix with a wooden spoon, or with your hands (using gloves.) The mixture should look like a smooth and creamy paste with no streaks of the white cream cheese.

Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

Step 6

Roll the Oreo mixture into small truffle sized balls. Place them on the parchment paper and let it set for 25-45 minutes in the freezer (60-70 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 7

Melt your chocolate using the double broiler method.

Step 8

Using a wooden skewer or fork, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, shaking the excess chocolate off. (If the chocolate is too thick, add a little bit of coconut oil.)

Step 9

Place the covered Oreo ball back onto the parchment paper and sprinkle some extra Oreo crumbs on top. Continue this method until all of the Oreo balls are covered in chocolate.

Step 10

Place the balls in the fridge for another 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to completely set.

Step 11

Take the Oreo balls out of the fridge and enjoy.

Step 12

You can take them out of the fridge again and set out for 10 minutes so the oreo mixture inside the chocolate can be enjoyed at room temperature.
