Ingredients

Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef, 80/20

1 large onion, minced

1 box Stove Top stuffing mix

1 packet of Beefy Onion soup mix

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp Kinder’s buttery steakhouse seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, or more for your preference

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 heaping tbsp bbq sauce

1 heaping tbsp ketchup

Chopped parsley or Italian seasoning

Sauce

½ cup bbq sauce

½ cup ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp Kinder’s Butter Steakhouse seasoning

1 tsp garlic paste

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Chopped parsley or Italian seasoning

Directions

Meatloaf

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the stove top mix, eggs, milk, and onion. Stir well and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Then add the ground beef, garlic paste, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, bbq sauce, ketchup, and chopped parsley. Gently fold all the ingredients together, using your hands (and be careful not to over mix so the meatloaf can hold its shape when cutting.)

Step 4

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the meatloaf mix on top, shaping into a loaf at least 2 inches thick.

Step 5

For the sauce, in a medium bowl, combine the bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, seasoning, garlic paste, W sauce, and some more chopped parsley. Stir well and set to the side until the meatloaf is halfway cooked.

Step 6

Place the meatloaf in the oven and cook for 90 minutes (at 45 minutes, take the loaf out and spread the sauce all over and place it back in for the remaining 45 minutes.)

Step 7

Once the meatloaf is done, take it out the oven and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
