Ingredients

14 slices of bread, crust cut off

7 slices of bacon

1 pack Johnson’s maple sausage links

2 cooked scrambled eggs

3 eggs

1 cup half and half

Splash of vanilla extract

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tbsp butter

Powdered sugar

Maple syrup

Directions

Step 1

Cook the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs to your liking and set to the side.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 eggs, half and half, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Pour into a shallow dish.

Step 3

Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Add some scramble eggs, half a slice a bacon, and one sausage link to the edge of each bread slice and carefully roll until it looks like a pig in a blanket.

Step 4

Carefully dip each roll into the egg/half and half mixture and dredge off the excess.

Step 5

Melt the butter in a skillet on medium low heat. Once melted, add the rolls open side down on the pan so it can seal. Cook the rolls on all sides until browned. Take off the heat. Dust with powdered sugar and dip in hot syrup.
