Ingredients
Chicken Wings
2 lbs Chicken wing potions
3 tbsp Avocado oil
¼ cup baking powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ranch seasoning
Hot Honey Sauce
1 stick unsalted butter
½ cup honey
½ cup Louisiana hot sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Hot Honey Dry Rub
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Chicken Wings
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
After cleaning your wings with water and vinegar, pat them dry and add to a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the avocado oil, seasonings, and baking powder to the wings and coat evenly.
Step 4
Grab a cookie sheet pan with a wire rack and spray with nonstick spray. Place the wings on the wire rack pan, skin side facing down.
Step 5
Place wings in the oven for 20-30 minutes, flipping the wings on the other side halfway through.
Hot Honey Sauce
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt down the butter on medium low heat.
Step 2
Once the butter has melted, add the honey, hot sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pan. The sauce will need to simmer for no longer than 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the butter doesn’t separate.
Step 3
Once the sauce is thicken to your liking, take off the heat, and pour the sauce over the wings.
Hot Honey Dry Rub
Step 1
Combine the dry rub and mix thoroughly. Dust on top of the coated wings.
