Ingredients
1 bag of frozen breakfast potatoes
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive oil)
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter and oil. Allow them to melt and combine.

Once the butter and oil are hot, add the frozen breakfast potatoes to the skillet. Spread them out evenly for consistent cooking.
Step 3
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes, adjusting to your taste preference.
Step 4
Allow the potatoes to with touching, so the potatoes start to become golden and crispy. Then flip the potatoes over to reveal the crispy edges. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
To ensure the potatoes are cooked thoroughly, use a meat thermometer to check their internal temperature. Insert the thermometer into a few pieces of potato, making sure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Step 6
Once the potatoes are golden and have reached the correct temperature, remove them from the skillet and serve hot.
