Ingredients

1 Jiffy Cornbread box

1 egg

1 cup sour cream

1 can creamed corn

1 can corn kernels

1 stick or 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Dump all the ingredients into a pan and mix well until all is combined.

Place the dish in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
