Ingredients
3 - 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 container cheese whiz
2 packages chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 can 28 oz cream of chicken
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Tony's Cajun Seasoning
½ tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cook rice as instructed and fluff when done. Set to the side and add butter.

In a stovetop pot, cook chopped broccoli as instructed. Remove from pot when fully cook and into a large baking dish.

Step 4
Empty cream of chicken into microwave safe bowl and heat for 3-4 minutes. Pour into baking dish, along with cheese whiz, most of the shredded cheeses, and seasonings. Mix well.

Add cooked rice and gently fold until all combined. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top and cover wit foil.
Step 6
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly on the edges and cheese is completely melted.
