Ingredients

1 package Sonic’s Banana Shake pudding

1 package Sonic’s Vanilla Shake pudding

4 cups cold milk

8 oz whipped cream cheese

14 oz can condensed milk

1 container Biscoff cookie butter

2 packets Biscoff cookies, crumbled

8 oz container whipped cream

3 large bananas, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Banana Shake pudding, Vanilla Shake pudding, and cold milk until smooth. Let it set according to the package instructions.

Step 2

In another bowl, beat the whipped cream cheese with the condensed milk and a heaping spoonful of Biscoff cookie butter until smooth.

Step 3

Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the chilled pudding until fully incorporated. Fold in the whipped cream to the pudding mixture until it’s light and fluffy.

Step 4

Add the remaining container of cookie butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about a minute or until the cookie butter has melted completely. (Microwave in 15 second intervals so it doesn’t burn.)

Step 5

In a large serving dish or individual dessert cups, start with a layer of some pudding. Add a layer of the crumbled Biscoff cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas. Drizzle some of the melted Biscoff cookie butter over the bananas. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.

Step 6

Use the remaining Biscoff cookies and melted Biscoff cookie butter to drizzle over the top of the final layer.

Step 7

Cover and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and the cookies to get softened. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, crunchy, and flavorful delight!
