Ingredients
Beef Chuck Flanken Ribs
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
1 tbsp Kinder’s Woodfire Garlic seasoning
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ mirin
2 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup Korean bbq sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp honey
Directions
Step 1
Rinse meat under water and let it sit for 30 minutes. Drain, and then rinse meat again until it is no longer bloody.
Step 2
Add all the sauces and seasonings to the ribs and mix thoroughly. Marinade the ribs for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
Step 3
Take the ribs out and grill the meat on the air fryer grill selection for 2-3 minutes on each side. Take out and add more sauce from the marinade to the ribs. Place in the oven on broil and allow to broil until the sauce is a bit charred and bubbly. Serve over rice.
Step 4
(With the remainder of the marinade, place in a medium saucepan and heat on medium. When the marinade begins to boil, add a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. When the sauce boil, lower the temperature and cook until thicken then remove from heat.)
