Ingredients

2 - 3 French vanilla jello pudding packets

4 - 6 cups of milk, room temp

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 - 3 Cream cheese whipped cream: 8 oz cream cheese, softened and room temp, 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold, 3 Tbsp sugar, and 3 Tbsp vanilla extract

5 - 6 Caramel Sauce: 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 cup heavy cream, room temp, tbsp butter, room temp

4 - 5 bananas

20 golden Oreos

1 box Nilla Wafers

Directions

Step 1

Caramel Sauce: Add the sugar and water to a nonstick pot. Let the sugar dissolve without stirring. Place the pot on medium high heat and let it boil. While boiling, to prevent sugar crystals, use pastry brush and water to wipe down the sides (remember, no stirring!) Keep watching the sugar until it becomes an amber-brown color. Remove the pot from heat. Whisk and add the heavy cream while still whisking, the mixture will boil but that’s okay. Once that I combined, add the butter and continue to whisk. When everything is combined, add to a glass container or bowl to cool.

5 - 6 Caramel Sauce: 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 cup heavy cream, room temp, tbsp butter, room temp

Banana Pudding: Empty the packets and milk into a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add a can of condensed milk and stir until smooth and combined. Chill in the fridge for an hour.

Cream Cheese Whipped Cream: Add cream cheese to a stand mixer and whip for 2 minutes or until creamy. Stop, then add the whipping cream. Whip until cream becomes slightly stiff. Add sugar and vanilla and whip again until it forms stiff peaks. Scrape down the sides and fold.

Step 4

Take out the pudding and fold in the whipped cream to the banana pudding a few spoonfuls at a time until ll combined. In a large dish, begin to layer the bottom with Nilla cookies, banana slices, pudding, golden Oreos, caramel sauce, repeat. The top layer should be the pudding, then crumbled Nilla cookies, Oreos, and caramel drizzle. Cover and let it set in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
