2 teaspoons/ 0.14oz/ 4g Ground Nutmeg

1 cloves teaspoon/0.07oz/ 2g Ground

1 teaspoon/ 0.07oz/ 2g Ground Ginger

2 g 1 teaspoon/ 0.07oz/ Ground Coriander

1 g 3/4 teaspoon/0.03oz/ Ground Mace

Step 1
If using whole spices, blend into a fine powder using a spice mill, coffee grinder, or blender.
Step 2
If using pre-ground spice, then mix well.
