Ingredients
250 gram surimi

2 scallions

1 onion

1 red chili pepper

½ zucchini

4 eggs

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp white pepper

2 clove garlic

Step 1
Unwrap the Surimi then peel the layers back like string cheese and place in a large bowl

Slice a small onion thinly slice 2 scallions chop 2 cloves of garlic and slice 1 red chilli and add to the bowl

I added zuchinni because I had 1/2 a zuchinni laying around my fridge so if you have a carrot or some sad vegetable laying around grate it or thinly slice it and toss into the mix

add salt white pepper black pepper 4 small eggs and mix to combine

Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat then use a spoon to place 2 tbsp of mixture on the pan and cook 2-3 minutes per side
