Ingredients
275 g puff pastry
200 grams cream cheese
180 grams smoked salmon
Black pepper
4 tbsp dill
2 spring onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 egg

Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry then spread 2/3 of the cream cheese with herbs on one half layer 2/3 of the salmon chopped dill and sliced spring onions the season liberally with black pepper then fold the pastry over

Step 2
On half of the pastry that has been folded spread the other 1/3 cream cheese salmon dill spring onions and season with black pepper then fold over again and pinch the seams closed . Slice into 10 then twist the ends and late then on a lined baking sheet
Step 3
Beat an egg then brush the tips of the pastry and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Iām using black sesame seeds . Bake in the oven 200 c 392 f for 15 minutes or until golden
