Ingredients

2 slice brioche

3 tbsp nutella

2 eggs

120 mL milk

80 mL cream

1 tbsp powder sugar

pinch salt

vanilla icecream

chocolate sauce

4 tbsp butter
Directions
Step 1
Cut two slices thick slices of brioche then use a knife to make a slit from the end to just over the middle then take about 1 1/2 tbsp Nutella for each brioche and use a knife to stick it in the middle. If it’s raised like a bump gently push down so the brioche doesn’t break

In a bowl add eggs milk cream powder sugar and salt then whisk and dip the bread on both sides covering in the egg ( you may have some egg mixture left over so just make some more French toast )

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan on medium heat then fry the toast and flip melting more butter for the other side . Serve with vanilla ice cream or whatever ice-cream is your favorite then drizzle chocolate sauce all over and enjoy
