boil 8 washed quail eggs for 2 minutes then place in ice water

bring1 litre dashi broth to asimmerand adduced tofu

add 1 tsp sesame oil and 1/2 tsp white pepper and 1 tsp chilli paste

simmer for ten minutes then garnish with halved quail egg and green onions
