Ingredients

1 Potato

1 cup rice flour

½ cup corn starch

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp cayenne

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp oregano

1 pinch salt

2 tbsp water

300 mL sunflower oil

Step 1
Peel a large potato and boil 20 mins or until fork tender then mash it add it to a blender with 2 tbsp water and blend until smooth

Add rice flour corn starch and salt to the pureed potato and knead into a dough then roll out prick all over with a fork cut out circles and if you like roll a little bit in the middle to create a more oval Pringle shape

Fry the Pringles in Sunflower oil on medium heat for 15 seconds then drain and rest 5 minutes before refrying them until golden

In a bowl mix chilli powder paprika onion powder garlic powder cayenne oregano and a pinch of salt then toss the Pringles and coat them in the spice
