Ingredients

Step 1
For the regular buttermilk first measure 1 cup of whole milk then add 1 tbsp of vinegar and stir it . Let this sit about 5 minutes and it should be curdled and ready for use . You can measure a cup of milk and also use 1 tbsp of lemon juice stir and set aside and it will also curdle making Buttermilk

Measure 1 cup of soy milk or you can also use almond milk then remove 1 tbsp of the liquid ( this measurement is known as a scant cup as itโs basically 1 cup minus a tablespoon) now add 1 tbsp of lemon juice stir and set aside and a few minutes later itโs curdled and ready for use
