Ingredients

100 grams sunflower seeds

65 grams flax seed

70 grams pumpkin seed

60 grams sesame seeds

3 tbsp poppy seed

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp psyllium husk powder

250 ml water

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Step 1
Get a large bowl then add the sunflower flax pumpkin sesame poppy and chia seeds then mix together

Step 2
Add psyllium husk salt hot water and oil then mix and let sit covered for 20 minutes . Put baking paper on a tray then push the seed mixture firmly into the tray pressing down. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 150c 302 f then take out and cut into squares

Turn the oven up to 160 c 320 f then place the crackers on a tray with a wire rack and bake for another 15 minutes .
