Ingredients
300 gram macaroni
4 eggs
pinch salt
pinch white pepper
200 grams white cheddar
100 grams red cheddar
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 scallion
Directions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni until it’s al dente . Then drain in a sieve and set aside

In a large bowl beat 4 eggs with salt and white pepper . I added about 3/4 tsp of white pepper but add as much as you like . Then toss in the Macaroni and coat in the egg . Next grate the cheese and slice the scallion and set aside

In a greased pan add half the macaroni then put about 150 grams of cheese in the Centre with the scallion and cover over with the rest of the macaroni . Sprinkle a handful Of cheese on top then cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

Step 4
Use baking paper and a plate over the pan and flip the macaroni pie then place back into the pan with the baking paper underneath. Add more cheese into the Centre of the pie with garlic powder and mixed dry herbs . Cover and cook until The cheese is melted about 8 minutes
