Ingredients

2 eggs

½ cup pumpkin puree

1 cup gluten free oat flour

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Step 1
In a large bowl whisk two eggs then add a pinch of salt

You can use canned pumpkin purée ( I used fresh but it doesn’t matter ) and add it to the eggs whisking together until smooth

½ cup pumpkin puree

Add 1 cup of gluten free oat flour then stir to combine . Spray a burger bun tray or a cup cake tray ( burger hun makes 3 cupcake makes 6 ) divide the batter sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and bake 190 c for 15 minutes
