Ingredients

2 eggs

3 tbsp cream

1 pinch salt

1 ½ tbsp vanilla sugar

4 slice brioche

2 slice vanilla ice cream

300 mL no vegetable oil

1 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl mix eggs cream vanilla sugar and salt and whisk to combine then in a separate bowl pour the breadcrumbs and set aside

1 ½ tbsp vanilla sugar

1 cup bread crumbs

Step 2

Slice 4 slices of brioche and 2 slices of your icecream of choice then Sandwich the icecream and push down firmly

2 slice vanilla ice cream

Step 3

Dip the sandwiches in egg and bread crumbs then dip again and make sure fully coated . Freeze 40 minutes to 1 hour ( you can freeze overnight and use later if you like )

Step 4

Heat the oil to medium heat then fry the sandwiches until golden and crispy . I serve mine with an array of fruit and chocolate sauce
