Ingredients
450 gram white chocolate

380 gram condensed milk
20 marshmallow
Directions
Step 1
Break up the white chocolate into squares then add it to a pot and pour over the condensed milk and melt over a low heat it stirring to combine

Grease and line a baking dish or I like to use silicone trays as its non stick
Step 3
Cut half of the marshmallows in half then pour half the fudge mixture into the container and arrange the half mallows on top
20 marshmallow
Step 4
Pour the remaining fudge over the marshmallows then arrange the whole marshmallows on top and cover the tray and refrigerate 3 hours or until the fudge has set
