Ingredients
3 tbs vegan butter
5 cups of rice crisps (got mine from @wholefoods)
10 oz Vegan marshmallows
handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Melt 3 tbs of vegan butter in a large pot on low heat. Pour in 10 oz of vegan marshmallows. Mix continuously until marshmallows melt and become gooey.
Step 2
Add in 2.5 cups of rice crisps and mix thoroughly. Then add in the other 2.5 cups of rice crisps and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Lightly butter (vegan butter) a rectangular container, add in the rice crispy mix and press down with spatula until firm. Sprinkle with as many mini chocolate chips as you like.
Step 4
Let it cool for 20 mins, cut into small cubes and enjoy!
