Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat unbleached flour
1 pack of instant yeast
1 tsp coconut sugar
¾ warm water (not too hot because it will kill yeast)
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbs avocado or Olive oil
¾ tsp baking powder
1 - 2 tsp minced garlic
½ stick of vegan butter, melted
Parsley, roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1
To a large bowl add instant yeast, coconut sugar, 3/4 cup warm water. Mix and let sit for 3-5 mins.

Add flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil and coconut cream. Mix with wooden spoon until is forms into a dough.

Add to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 mins. Add to a greased bowl, cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 30 mins.
Step 4
Add butter into a small microwave safe bowl and warm to melt. Add in minced garlic, mix thoroughly and set aside for later.

Step 5
Uncover dough, punch the air out, remove from bowl onto lightly floured surface and divide into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then roll out thinly into an oval shape. Add each to a dry cast iron on medium heat and cook for 1-2 mins on each side. Brush each one with vegan garlic butter and Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
