Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat unbleached flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp sea salt

½ cup coconut sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup avocado oil

¼ cup non dairy milk

½ cup vegan chocolate chips

½ cup vegan chocolate Chunks

Directions

Step 1

To a mixing bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

To another bowl add coconut sugar, brown sugar, avocado oil, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Pour the dry mix into the wet mix and mix until it forms into a dough. Fold in your chocolate chips and chunks.

Step 4

Spray a cast iron skillet with oil, pour in the cookie dough and use a spatula to spread it out evenly. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.

Step 5

Serve with vegan ice cream and enjoy!
