1 russet potato
corn starch

Directions
Step 1
Cut your potatoes as thin as possible, and make sure to keep it as consistent as possible

On half your potato slices dust on some corn starch, and on the other half brush on some egg whites

Place the egg wash slice on top on the corn starch slice, and cut them into squares
Step 4
Deep fry them for about 2-3 mins, and then take them out and let it rest for 5 mins
vegetable oil

Plop it back into the fryer for about 30-45 sec
Step 6
Sprinkle with some salt and enjoy!
