1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp ginger minced
2 tsp arrow root starch
⅓ cup water

Directions
Step 1
Season dried chicken legs with salt, pepper, soy sauce and garlic powder.

Sear on each side for 4-7 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.

Create your sweet chili sauce by combining the ingredients below.

Add the sweet chili sauce and bring to a simmer.

Transfer to baking tray and Bake at 405 for 35 mins to an hour.
