4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp samyang chili sauce
2 chicken thigh bone-in

Step 1
Make a marinade combining soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and samyang chili sauce

Step 2
Marinate chicken thighs
2 chicken thigh bone-in
Step 3
Cook chicken in air fryer for 12 minutes at 375 for each side, then for 2-4 minutes at 400. Tip: place the chicken in the airfryer presentation side facing down at first & add 2 tbsp of water to your airfryer bottom to prevent airfryer from smoking.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS (Alternate step to Step 3): Bake at 425 on a roasting rack for 45 mins-1 hour.
