Ingredients
1 kg Octopus
1 garlic
1 green or red Jalapeño
300 g Cherry tomatoes
100 g black olives
10 g capers
Salt
Olive oil
Parsley
Italian bread for the scarpetta
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan add olive oil, 1 garlic, 1 small Jalapeño and some parsley without the leaves.
Step 2
Once the olive oil takes all the flavours remove the garlic, Jalapeño and Parsley.
Step 3
Clean the Octopus and add to the saucepan. Leave to cook for about 40 mins with the lid.
Step 4
In the meantime cut the cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
After 40 minutes add the Tomatoes, Black olives and capers. Leave for about 30 minutes with the lid
Step 6
After 30 minutes it should be ready!
Step 7
If necessary, add a little oil and eat with bread
