Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp Soy sauce

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp sesame oil

100 g shiitake mushroom

1 leek

1 onion

200 g bean sprouts

9 cup water

1 ½ tbsp Chili Flakes

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

salt & pepper
Directions
Step 1
In boiling water, cook the chicken breasts for about 15 minutes. Drain and shred them with forks then season with crushed garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt&pepper.

Step 2
Slice up the onion, cut the mushrooms into bite size, and leek into 1 inch thickness. Wash after cutting to rid of dirt. In a large pot, sweat out the onion and leek first until transparent then add in the chili flakes and seasoned chicken. Add in water and bring to boil, let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Bring the pot back to boil and add in the bean sprouts and mushrooms. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and salt. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot on its own or with a bowl of rice.
