3 g matcha powder

More matcha for dusting

4 g matcha powder

4 g sweetener

30 ml hot water

40 g heavy cream

10 g icing sugar

90 ml milk of choice

Whisk eggs, white sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, milk of choice or half and half, and matcha powder until combined.

Soak the brioche bread up until 30 minutes.

Pan fry in butter on medium-low heat until golden brown.

Whisk matcha powder, sweetener, and hot water until smooth.

Blend heavy cream and icing sugar until fluffy.

In a glass, add milk of choice and ice, then pour the matcha mixture over it.
