Ingredients
For the wings
2 pound of wings
2 tbsp Old Bay
2 tbsp Lemon pepper
3 tbsp All purpose seasoning ( Kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)
Cooking oil
1 tbsp corn starch
For the sauce:
½ stick of melted butter ( Kerry Gold)
1 cup Hot sauce
2 tbsp Old Bay
2 tbsp lemon pepper
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.

Wash wings well and pat dry with paper towel.

For the seasonings
Step 1
Add melted butter until larger bowl; mix in Hot sauce and remaining ingredients.

Cook wings for about 8-10 or until golden brown.
