Ingredients

4 lobster tails

½ cup of water

3 tablespoons garlic butter

tbsp. I Kosher salt, for seasoning

1 tbsp. Black pepper, for

seasoning

2 tbsp. cajun seasoning

Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Split shell of lobster tail with kitchen scissorswithout cutting into flesh.

Step 3

Using your fingers, separate the flesh from the shell in one piece. Turn the empty shell over with the open side down. Lay the flesh lengthwise on the outside of the shell.

Step 4

Brush the lobster with melted butter, and season with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning, and paprika if desired.

Step 5

Place lobster tails in a baking dish, then addjust enough water cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 6

Bake until the flesh is firm and pinkish-white, about 10 to 12 minutes.
