2 lbs. sliced lamb chops
Kerry Gold garlic butter
Kosher salt ( to taste )
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. Dried thyme
Fresh thyme
¼ chopped garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
Directions
Step 1
Bring lamb chops to room temperature. Coat lamb chops with extra virgin oil and season with listed ingredients.

Step 2
In a very large skillet over medium-high, heat olive oil until shimmering. Sear lamb chops on each side for about 3-4 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add garlic butter, chopped garlic, and fresh thyme.
