Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken wings
2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp. corn starch
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
½ teaspoon of ground pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce
1 cup Hot sauce
¼ cup Brown sugar
1 tsp. Honey
Jerk seasoning ( to taste)
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion and black pepper.

2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
2 pounds of chicken wings
Step 2
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the flour/ cornstarch mixture until they are evenly coated.
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp. corn starch

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Step 4
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil, frying them in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

For the sauce
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, honey, and jerk seasoning.

1 tsp. Honey
1 cup Hot sauce
¼ cup Brown sugar
Step 2
Toss wings in sauce and enjoy!
