Ingredients
for the Honey garlic Sauce
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of soy sauce
Splash fresh lemon juice
cloves Garlic minced finely
tbsp. I red chili flakes (Combine together in a bowl)
2 tbs avocado oil
for the Seasonings for salmon:
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Onion powder
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Paprika (Or you can use All purpose seasoning)
Directions
Step 1
Season the salmon bites with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2
Let salmon sit for 5-10 minutes. You want your salmon to get to room temperature so it won't stick to the pan.
Step 3
Heat up an oven-safe skillet (cast-iron skillet preferred) on medium high heat. Add the 2 tbs of avocado oil.

Pan-sear the salmon bites, skin side down first. for about I minute. Turn the salmon over and cook for 1 minute. Turn it over again so the skin side is at the bottom.
Step 5
(All sides of the salmon should be seared.)
Step 6
Reduce the heat to low. Add the Honey garlic mixture to the pan with the salmon. Once the mixture starts to thicken up and get sticky it's done.
