Ingredients
For the Hamburger Steak
2 lbs. ground beef
½ Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon W sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
teaspoon 1⁄2 ground pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon 1⁄2 garlic powder
1 teaspoon Olive oil
For the Gravy
cup 1⁄4 self rising flour
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
½ cup onion, chopped
½ Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 teaspoon butter

Step 1
For the Hamburger Steak
Step 1
Combine the listed ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Do NOT overwork the meat. Form into 6-8 balls and flatten into patties.

Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Step 3
Place patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer beef patties to a plate, and keep warm.

For the Gravy
Step 1
In the same skillet, reduce the heat, and sauté onions for 4-5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.

Step 2
Add the butter. Once butter is melted stir in the flour and whisk for 1 minute.

Gradually add the beef broth while continuing to whisk and bring it to a boil. Season with the rest of the Lipton mix , salt, and pepper.

Gradually stir and simmer for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens up to a brown gravy color.
Step 5
Place patties back into pan.
Step 6
Cover skillet and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
