Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1 teaspoon extra virgin oil
2 yellow/ red bell peppers , sliced into thin strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
½ teaspoon lime juice
1 pack flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Step 1
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil to the skillet.

Season chicken with listed ingredients below:

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and sprinkle half of the fajita seasoning over it. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle the remaining fajita seasoning over the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred.

4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet on medium low heat.

5. Assemble the tacos by placing some chicken, bell pepper, and onion in each tortilla. Top with your favorite toppings.
