Ingredients
For the Burgers
1 ½ lb lean ground beef
4 tbs Avocado oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 ½ tsp Onion powder
2 ½ tsp Garlic powder
For the Cheeseburgers
12 Thick cut bacon
in King Hawaiian Rolls, cut half
12 slices Cheddar cheese
For the Burger sauce
3 tbs tbsp Japanese Mayo or regular mayo
1 ½ tbsp Ketchup
For the Butter sauce (Microwave)
Kerry gold butter (Melted)
Parsley ( chopped)
Minced garlic
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the beef.

For the seasonings
Step 1
Combine the listed ingredients below. Form beef into balls and make them the size of your slider buns.

Step 2
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Add a few tablespoons of avocado oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.

Cook patties for about 8-10 or until desired doneness. Set burgers aside.
Step 4
Place bacon into cast iron skillet. Cook on both side for a couple of minutes on medium high heat. Drain grease, set aside, and cut into bite size pieces.

Slice Hawaiian rolls in the middle. Prep Burger sauce and Butter sauce.

For the butter sauce

Combine butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic together.

Add sauce, burger, and, cheese, and bacon slices to each Hawaiian roll. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls!

Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!!
