Ingredients
2 tbsp. Rib dry seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp. Onion powder
¼ cup Mustard
For the Glaze
3 tsp. Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
1 cup BBQ Sauce
Directions
Step 1
Remove the membrane from the back of the rib. That is the skin on the back side of the ribs.
Step 2
Spread mustard all over ribs this will be used as binder for your seasonings.
¼ cup Mustard
Step 3
Season with rib seasoning of your choice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.

Preheat grill to 275-300. Let the ribs cook for about 2-3 hours.
Step 5
In aluminum foil, add butter, brown sugar, and your favorite barbecue sauce.

1 cup BBQ Sauce
Step 6
Add ribs to the aluminum foil back side up. Add butter, brown sugar, and BBQ to top.
Step 7
Wrap and close with aluminum foil. Cook on the grill about an hour or until ribs have a glaze.
