Ingredients
¼ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1 cup orzo
2 cups chicken broth
1 block Boursin, garlic and fine herbs flavour
Salt, to taste
Red pepper flakes, for serving
Directions
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add garlic and roasted red peppers & stir until the garlic is fragrant.
Step 3
Add orzo & chicken broth. Stir & bring to a gentle boil.
Step 4
Add Boursin, reduce heat to low and cover for 15 mins or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Stir to incorporate the Boursin. The orzo will be creamy! Add salt if needed.
Step 6
Serve with red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
