300 gr purple sweet potato

200 ml milk

100 gr sugar

⅓ tsp nutmeg powder

⅔ tsp cinnamon powder

salt

2 pieces of sliced bread

Mozzarella cheese

Butter

200 ml susu

100 gr gula pasir

sendok teh bubuk pala

sdt bubuk kayu manis

2 potong roti tawar yang sudah diiris

Step 1

First wash the purple sweet potatoes and steam them until they are easily crushed for about 30 minutes. Then peel off the skin.

Step 2

Once cooled put them in a chopper or blender along with the milk.

Step 3

Pour into a pan and add the other seasoning ingredients. Cook until the texture thickens. Transfer to a container and let cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Take 2 pieces of bread spread goguma jam and mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Heat the pan with butter and bake until browned and crusty.

Pertama cuci bersih ubi ungu dan kukus hingga mudah dihancurkan sekitar 30 menit. Kemudian kupas kulitnya.

Setelah dingin masukkan ke dalam chopper atau blender bersama dengan susu.

Tuang ke dalam pan dan tambahkan bahan seasoning lainnya. Masak hingga tekstur mengental. Pindahkan dala wadah dan Biarkan dingin suhu ruang.

Step 4

Ambil 2 lembar roti oleskan selai goguma dan keju mozzarella.

Step 5

Panaskan pan beri butter panggang hingga kecoklatan dan crusty.
