Ingredients
1 red capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
½ red onion
½ bunch of fresh coriander
1 Juice of lime
A good pinch of sea salt

Step 1
Julienne all the veggies, finely chop fresh coriander, and combine everything
Step 2
Season with lime and salt and adjust to taste, let rest for at least 15 min before you use it
