Ingredients

200 g diseccated coconut

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla paste

2 egg yolks

2 egg whites

pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the diseccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste and 2 egg yolks.
Step 2
In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites till stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Incorporate the whisked egg whites to the mix.
Step 4
Transfer to a piping bag with a wide star nozzle and pipe cookies on a lined baking tray.
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
Step 6
Let them cool down 5-10 min before serving.
