Ingredients

2 lbs chicken tenderloin
4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder

1 ¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup pickle juice
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ tbsp garlic herb butter
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp red chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp ginger paste

Step 1
To a bowl combine all of the listed ingredients.

Step 2
Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 48 hours.
Step 3
In a separate wide and shallow bowl, add flour, baking powder and all of the listed spices. Whisk together.

Fill a large frying pot with canola oil and heat to 350-365 degrees.

Step 5
Bring the chicken tenders up to room temperature and add to the flour mixture and evenly coat 1 by 1. Lay each tender out evenly on a rack.
Step 6
Allow the tenders to rest then slowly add to the heated oil. Fry until golden brown or 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add to paper towels to collect oil then add into a sauce bowl.
Step 8
Add the honey garlic sauce and gently toss. Once evenly coated, serve and enjoy!
Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce
Step 1
Heat a small skillet to medium heat. Add butter ginger, and garlic. Toast for 1-2 minutes.
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ tbsp garlic herb butter
1 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp ginger paste
Step 2
Add the listed ingredients and stir.
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp red chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
Step 3
Bring to a light simmer then remove from heat and pour or brush onto the chicken tenders.
