Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenderloins

6 tbsp unsalted butter
⅓ cup honey
Directions
Chicken Marinade
Step 1
Using kitchen scissors cut the chicken tenders into 2-inch cubes or bite-sized pieces/nuggets.

To a bowl add the listed ingredients and mix until well combined.

Set aside and let marinade for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

Now, prep the flour mixture by combing the listed ingredients into a zip lock bag or shallow bowl.

Add chicken bites to the flour and shake until everything is evenly coated. Set on a wire rack and let rest for a few minutes.

Heat a large frying pot with canola oil to 365 degrees.

While the oil heats follow package instructions and bake the rolls.

Once the oil is hot fry the chicken bites until golden brown and crispy, about 20 minutes per batch.

Now place onto a paper towel or wire rack and let drain.
Step 10
Once the rolls are done brush the honey-butter all over until fully cover in sauce.
Step 11
Then add the cooked chicken into each roll and top with more. honey-butter.

Microwave butter until slightly softened but not fully melted then stir in honey.
Step 2
Pour all over the biscuits.
