Ingredients
Bourbon Chicken
2 lbs skinless chicken thighs
olive oil
green onions
corn starch slurry
water
2 tbsp honey garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp scallion whites
2 tsp garlic
½ tsp ginger
Bourbon Sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ cup bourbon
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Bourbon Chicken
Step 1
Combine pepper and honey garlic seasoning in a small bowl. Generously add to both sides of the chicken thighs.

Heat a large skillet to high heat. Add olive oil. Sear both sides of the chicken until charred/ blackened. About 3 minutes per side.

Once all the chicken is cooked. Allow to cool, then cut into even chunks/ cubes. Set aside.
Step 4
Heat a medium skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil and the listed ingredients. Sautee for 1-2 minutes.

Add the bourbon sauce, water, and cornstarch slurry. Mix well. Then add in chicken, stir and cover. Simmer for 15-25 minutes.
