Ingredients
3 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 large green bell pepper, diced
1 large yellow onion, diced
2 limes, juiced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 –2 tsp honey

Step 1
You can easily throw your ingredients in a food processor and process it until it reaches your desired thickness, but I love a chunky salsa and the manual labor, so I hand chop everything.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, and honey (if using) to your desired taste.
