A quick and easy one-pan steak dish with mushroom gravy. Serve with your choice of side for a healthy and delicious meal.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Good Ranchers steak

1 lb. mushrooms

5 cloves garlic

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp fresh parsley

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Salt and pepper your steaks. Set aside.

Step 2

Chop your mushrooms. Dice them small if desired. Chop parsley. Mince garlic.

Step 3

Heat a large pan to medium-high heat. Melt butter. Add steaks and cook to desired doneness. Remove steaks and let sit.

Step 4

Add olive oil to the pan. Add garlic and stir. Add mushrooms and stir for a minute or two. Add cream, mustard, and parsley. Stir until it thickens. Remove from heat and let sit.

Step 5

Slice the steak into thin strips against the grain.

Step 6

Serve as is or place atop rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, etc.

Step 7

Cover with a generous scoop of mushroom gravy and enjoy!
